Directions from Boston MA & Logan Airport
Take Route 1A North through Revere into Lynn. Stay on Route 1A over the General Edwards bridge. You will want to get in middle or right hand lanes on Route 1A and prepare to follow signs for Route 129 East which will take you towards the water and away from downtown Lynn.
Following Route 129 East you will come to a rotary. Do not take the first right off the rotary (which would take you to Nahant) but proceed half way around the rotary and continue straight on Route 129 East, keeping the water on your right. Route 129 will continue approximately 5 miles, through Swampscott and into Marblehead.
After you enter Marblehead, Route 129 becomes Atlantic Avenue and once you go through the first traffic light, Ticehurst Lane is 1/2 mile down the road on the right. The streets you will pass on the right just before Ticehurst Lane will be first Clifton Heights, then Crown Way, then Casino Road.
Once you see Casino Rd, don't blink. Ticehurst Lane is immediately afterwards and is fairly easy to drive past. Look for a small white and blue wooden sign with a seagull and an uphill entrance. If by chance you should pass Ticehurst you will see Cleveland Road or Greystone Road on your right. You will have to turn around as Ticehurst is a one way lane and can only be entered from Atlantic Avenue.
Once you are on Ticehurst Lane, Arbor House Bed and Breakfast is the fifth house on the left - 28 Ticehurst - a large house with natural shingles and green trim. Directly across from us is a small pond. As you look at the front of the house, the door to the bed and breakfast is on the far left with parking immediately in front. At the moment that you see the house, you may have to back up ever so slightly so as to park in front of your room.
