Room Rates

Seasonal rates    May 1st - Nov. 2nd   

$150 Monday night thru Thursday night
$175 Friday Night thru Sunday night     
and on holidays.

Off-season rates  Nov. 3rd - April 30th  

$125 per night

For one night stays, there is a $25 surcharge.

In season, a two night minimum is required for weekend stays,
and a three night minimum is required for holiday weekends.

Policies

Two adult maximum occupancy.
No pets or children. Infants under one are welcome.
Smoking outside only.

Check-in time is 3 PM. If checking in after 6 PM,
please give us a call.

Check out time is noon.

If you have any questions concerning either our suite or the area, or would like to inquire about availability, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We accept deposits by personal checks, with payment in full for one or two night reservations. A 50% deposit is required for more than four nights, with full payment due upon arrival.

All deposits are refundable if cancellations are made 30 days before check-in date. There will be a $25 handling fee. With cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in, refunds will be made to the extent that the room is re-booked. Early departures are treated as cancellations.
