Ticehurst Lane is a one way road and some GPS systems will provide inaccurate directions and send you up Casino Road, which will then have you heading in the wrong direction. When you're driving down Atlantic Avenue you want to be sure to enter directly on to Ticehurst Lane.

The house numbers on Ticehurst Lane are not contiguous so it is best to count houses. Arbor House is the 5th house on the left, directly across from a pond. Facing the house, the door to the suite is on the left with parking directly in front. Welcome!

“Rest and Recuperation”

“We've just had a wonderful three nights at Arbor House and I think it would rank as one of the best Bed and Breakfasts we've ever stayed in. It has an extremely comfortable bed and everything you could possibly need. It is the little touches that are so good, from the little bowl of nuts on the coffee table to the cosy dressing gowns and the wonderful breakfasts. Jennifer's home made yoghurt and granola with fresh fruit made breakfast a lovely meal. They are brilliant hosts who go out of their way to be helpful so a great place to stay particularly if you like peace and quiet!
